National Anthem of Saudi Arabia

You might be in your homeland or in a foreign country, but when you hear the national anthem of your motherland, it arouses a patriotic feeling coupled with a sense of exuberance. The national anthem of Saudi Arabia too echoes the same feeling and represents the true spirit of the Saudi people; therefore it's accordingly titled as ‘Al Salam Al Malaki'. The words of this national song was written by Ibrahim Khafaji and music composed by Abdul Rahman Al-Khateeb. However, in 1950 this song was adopted as national anthem of Saudi Arabia.

This song actually glorifies the power and supremacy of God while at the same time underlines the importance of the green colored flag. The song invariably acts an inspiration to all the Muslims around the world and also proclaims the power of the king.
